To delete your account and personal data, email connect@danielsiew.com from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject "Delete my account".
We will confirm your request and complete deletion within 30 days.
What we delete: your account, email, questions, readings, conversation history, reflection card answers, sign-in tokens and credit balance.
What we keep: purchase and billing records for up to 7 years where Malaysian tax and accounting law requires it, and information that has been fully anonymised so it can no longer identify you.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Apple or Google. Please cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings.
