You can delete your account yourself, without asking us. In the app: open the menu, tap your account, then Delete Account. On the website: our Account Deletion page. Either way it happens straight away, and you type your email address to confirm it.
If you cannot sign in at all, email connect@danielsiew.com from your account email with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm and complete deletion within 30 days.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Apple or Google. Please cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings.
Purchases made in the iPhone app are refunded by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Purchases made in the Android app are refunded by Google Play, through Google Play's refund process.

A question we decline costs nothing. If a reading fails, the question is returned to your balance, unless the allowance it came from has expired in the meantime.
